Stop the NOISE!

That’s right. This one is very easy to recognize.

You’ve got a stubborn thought. It’s found its way into your mind, and it’s grown and grown and grown until you just can’t stop thinking about it.

You’ve done everything, but no matter what you try, you can’t. Shut. The thinker. Down.

The icing on the cake – a very bad cake.

This problem usually accompanies other emotions among my specialties – this just caps them off.

And you can’t escape.

Already, you’re avoiding people or TV/movies, news stories, music (or other things) because it will start that mind up again – you’re suffering from overthinking.
